A BIT ABOUT ME
There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from myself.
I would wake each morning with a sense of dread washing over me, unsure of who I was or where I was going. After years in an emotionally abusive relationship, my self-worth had been worn away. I searched for happiness outside of myself, chasing temporary highs while ignoring the quiet wisdom of my heart.
Everything changed when I made the decision to reclaim my life.
Through yoga, sound healing, and deep inner work, I began remembering who I truly was beneath the fear, self-doubt and conditioning. Sound became more than just a healing modality… It became a pathway home to myself. A way of reconnecting with my truth, my voice, my purpose, and the limitless potential that had always been within me.
What began as my own personal journey of healing, evolved into a calling.
Over the last decade, I've supported thousands of people through transformational sound healing experiences, and trained over 300 women around the world to step into their gifts as confident, authentic sound healers. My work is about so much more than learning how to play crystal singing bowls… It’s a journey of remembrance. It's about awakening the healer within, trusting your intuition, embodying your unique medicine, and sharing your light with a world that needs it more than ever.
Every woman carries wisdom, power, and purpose within her. Sometimes she simply needs the right environment, guidance, and tools to remember.

EVENTS
I’ve led sound journeys all around the world; from Swedish spa hotels to Spanish retreats, and from the London Design Museum to boutique studios… As well as online sound ceremonies where you don’t even have to change out of your PJs!
