There was a time when I believed I'd lost my voice.
Not literally... but the deeper voice beneath it. The one that knows who you are, what you're here for, and the path your soul is quietly asking you to walk.
Music had always been my first love.
As a little girl, I would perform Spice Girls songs into a hairbrush for an audience of Barbie dolls, convinced I was destined for the stage. Years later, that dream became reality. I toured the UK in a girl band, stood on stage at London's O2 Arena singing to thousands of people, and later went on to write and release dance music that found chart success.
From the outside, life looked exciting.
Inside, something felt missing.
After years of chasing an industry that no longer felt aligned, navigating rejection, losing myself in self-doubt, and walking away from both my music career and a relationship that had quietly diminished my sense of self, I found myself standing at a crossroads.
I didn't know it then, but life wasn't taking music away from me.
It was simply preparing to give it back in a completely different form.
It was during this season that yoga found me.
What began as a refuge soon became a doorway back to myself. It reminded me that healing isn't about becoming somebody new; it's about remembering who you've always been beneath the fear, conditioning and noise.
Then one evening, I attended a crystal bowl sound healing.
For the first time in what felt like years, my nervous system softened.
My mind became quiet.
My heart felt clear.
And somewhere within those crystalline frequencies, something ancient stirred.
I wasn't being introduced to a new path.
I was remembering one that had been waiting for me all along.
Sound brought me home.
Not to performance, but to purpose.

Over the past decade, that quiet moment has grown into a life's work.
I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of people through sound healing experiences, teaching at festivals, retreats and studios around the world, recording healing music, and training more than 500 women to become crystal bowl sound healers.
But what continues to inspire me most isn't what happens when someone learns to play a crystal bowl. It's who they become along the way. Again and again, I've watched women arrive believing they're here to learn a modality. Yet what unfolds is something far deeper...
They begin trusting themselves. Speaking their truth. Creating spacious, abundant lives that feel aligned with who they really are. Building soul-led businesses that nourish both themselves and the people they serve. Living with more joy. More love. More authenticity.
The crystal bowls become far more than instruments. They become companions on the journey home.
It's why I created The Crystal Labyrinth - my year-long transformational embodiment journey for the sound healer standing at the threshold of her soul's deepest work. A space where advanced sound healing, personal transformation, mentorship and soulful business expansion weave together, supporting women not simply to learn more, but to become more fully themselves.
Because beneath every fear, every doubt, every story that tells us we're not ready... There is already a woman who knows exactly who she is. My work is simply to help her remember.
If you're feeling that quiet whisper, the one that says there's more...
