The Sun Sister retreat, 16-21 August 2027, Suryalila Retreat Centre, Andalusia, Spain. Run by Holly Husler Ltd ("we", "us"). By booking you agree to these terms.

1. What's included

Accommodation in your chosen room type for 5 nights, three vegetarian meals a day, the retreat programme and sound ceremonies, and use of Suryalila's pool and facilities.

2. What's not included

Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, personal spending, group day trip (optional), optional extras (such as 1:1 sessions), and lunch on departure day (charged by Suryalila to your account, €15). Any extra charge Suryalila makes for specific dietary requirements will be passed on at cost.

3. Booking and payment

Your place is secured when your first payment is received. You can pay in full or by monthly payment plan, in GBP. Plan payments are taken automatically on the agreed dates, and all payments must be completed by July 31st 2027. If a payment fails, we will contact you and retry. If it remains unpaid for more than 7 days, we may release your place, and you remain liable for the amounts due.

4. Payments are non-refundable

All payments, whether paid in full or by payment plan, are non-refundable. Places cannot be transferred to another person. If you cancel or cannot attend for any reason, no refund is given and any outstanding instalments remain payable depending on when you let us know:

Before 14 April 2027: no further payments are due.
Between 14 April and 14 May 2027: payments continue then stop.
After 14 May 2027: the full price remains due.

5. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, travel disruption and belongings. We cannot refund or compensate you for costs arising from your being unable to attend.

6. If we need to change or cancel

In the rare case that we have to cancel the retreat, we will give as much notice as possible and move it to a later date. [If you cannot attend the new date, we will refund the amount you have paid.] We may make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, teachers or rooms where necessary.

7. Unforeseen events

We are not responsible for failure to deliver the retreat caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes or venue closure. In those cases section 6 applies.

8. Rooms and facilities

You will be allocated a room of the type you booked, but we can't guarantee a specific room. Shared rooms are paired with another guest wherever possible. Eco Casa and glamping options use eco-style showers and compost toilets as described on the booking page. Rooms are ready from around 4pm, and check-out is at 11am.

9. Food and dietary needs

Meals are vegetarian and buffet-style. Suryalila can cater for vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free diets, but cannot accommodate highly restrictive plans. The kitchen handles allergens, so cross-contamination can't be ruled out. Please tell us about all requirements on your booking form.

10. Travel and arrival

You are responsible for your flights, passport, visas and entry requirements. The latest check-in at Suryalila is 9pm, so please tell us if you will arrive later.

11. Health and wellbeing

Sound healing is a complementary practice, not medical or psychological treatment, and is no substitute for professional advice. Please tell us before the retreat about any relevant condition (for example epilepsy, a pacemaker or implant, pregnancy, or current mental health support). You are responsible for your own wellbeing, may step out of any activity, and take part at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

12. Conduct

Please respect other guests, the teachers, the venue and its rules. We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

13. Photos and recordings

We may photograph or record parts of the retreat for promotion, and will ask for your consent. Please don't record ceremonies or other guests without permission.

14. Offers and bonuses

Early-bird discounts apply to the first 8 bookings made by 31 October 2026, one per person. Bonuses such as Sound Sisters Community membership are subject to their own terms.

15. Privacy
We use your details to run the retreat and share necessary information (names, dietary and access needs) with Suryalila. See our privacy policy at [link].

16. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
