SELF-PACED SESSIONS
For the first part of our journey together, put your student hat on and get ready to learn about all things sound! Each week I’ll guide you through a new topic, in which you can expect easy-to-follow, exciting and engaging information, with a good mixture of theory and practical throughout.
This training is designed to fit your life. You can move through the course completely at your own pace, diving into the materials when it suits you best.
While you have the freedom to progress on your schedule, the full program must be completed within 12 months from when you begin - giving you plenty of time to integrate what you learn while keeping your certification on track. Whether you want to take it slowly or immerse yourself in a shorter burst of learning, the self-paced option makes it possible.
How am I asessed?
1. Three case studies (small group + 1:1 sound journeys - notes to be submitted to Holly)
2. A practical assessment (a recorded 15-20 minute sound journey, to be submitted to Holly)
3. A theory assessment paper

Holly Husler
From touring in a girl band to finding peace through yoga and sound, Holly’s journey has always been guided by the music in her soul.
Now a sound healer and founder of the global Sound Sisters Community, she helps women reconnect with their light through sacred sound and embodied practice.
Holly has trained almost 500 hundred women in the art of sound healing, and teaches at events, workshops and festivals worldwide.

For the next part of our journey together, we’ll be continuing our sound education together alongside a deeper dive into YOU.
My favourite roadmap to healing, which I’ve experienced such profoundly powerful shifts with, is the chakra system. Chakras are our energetic and emotional centres which can become blocked if we don’t do the work to heal, cleanse and balance them, causing disharmony and eventually illness (or dis-ease) in the body. Sound is an extremely powerful tool to not only bring our chakras back into balance, but to shine a light on what is calling to be alchemised within us from fear, into love & power.
You will only be able to hold space for others to heal to the degree of healing work you’ve already done on yourself, which is why, as sound healers, it is important to also be devoted to our inner work.

Quartz-only bowls are the less expensive option, ranging from £300 to £800 per bowl. The reason they are less expensive than alchemy bowls (below) is because they are made of quartz only (no other crystals infused / no colour). High quality and powerful!
Alchemy Crystal Tones
These are the bowls I use and start at around £950 per bowl. They’re more expensive than quartz-only as they’re infused with precious gemstones and minerals, giving them colour and enhancing their healing qualities. The quality is unparalleled.

You are also welcome to research and source your own of course (people sometimes opt for frosted bowls which are less expensive, but quality cannot always be guaranteed). I would strongly advise against purchasing from an unknown seller such as on eBay, Etsy or Amazon. You get what you pay for, and if you’re serious about becoming a sound healer, it’s well worth investing in higher quality options - even if that means you can start with one and work your way up in time. You are worth the investment!
