No matter what path I’ve found myself on, I can’t quiet the voice at the core of my being that whispers when I don’t sing.
From performing Spice Girls songs into a hairbrush for an audience of Barbie dolls, to standing on the O2 stage in London singing to 20,000 people whilst supporting Westlife in my girl-band days, music has always been deeply woven into my being.
When the band split, I continued pursuing music as a songwriter; working with DJs and producers and achieving chart success with my dance tracks. From the outside, things looked exciting! But inside, something felt missing.
After years of chasing an industry that didn't feel aligned, facing rejection after rejection, and struggling with self-doubt, I eventually walked away from music altogether. Around the same time, a beautiful relationship ended too. My heart felt broken in all the ways, and I found myself questioning everything.
It was during this period that yoga entered my life.
What began as a refuge from the chaos, soon became a pathway back to myself. Then one evening, I attended a sound healing journey that changed everything.
For the first time in a long time, I felt completely at peace.
More than that, I felt utter clarity.
The path I thought I had left behind suddenly revealed itself in a new form. Sound healing brought me back to music - but this time, not as performance. As purpose.
Over the last decade, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of people through transformative sound healing experiences and training hundreds of women around the world to become confident, authentic sound healers. I've shared sound at retreats, festivals, studios and events across the globe, recorded healing music and albums, and built a thriving international community united by a shared desire for deeper connection, purpose and authenticity.
One of my greatest joys is supporting women to remember who they truly are.
My sound healer trainings dive far beyond learning techniques or how to play crystal singing bowls. They are journeys of remembrance; helping women reconnect with their intuition, trust their voice, embody their gifts and step into the work they are here to do in the world.
In 2016, I founded what is now my Sound Sisters Community. What began as three small yoga classes in a fairy-lit studio in South London has evolved into a global sisterhood of women connected through sound, self-discovery and personal growth.
Today, my mission is simple:
To help women remember their power. To support you in sharing your gifts. To contribute to a world with more healing, authenticity, connection and love.
If you're feeling called to this work, I'd be honoured to walk beside you on the journey.
