// A brief guide to a sound journey with me //
First, the important job of getting yourself as cosy and warm as you possibly can! Snuggle under a blanket with your fluffy socks on, pop on an eye pillow to help you journey deeper inside, and gather anything else you might need for ultimate comfort. Then, nothing for you to do but to completely relax. Through some gentle focus on your breathing and some soothing words, I’ll help you to press the pause button on your busy mind, let go of your worries and fears, and become fully present in the space.
Once you’ve settled, you’ll begin to lose sense of the world around you as I guide you through a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations, frequencies and sensations will weave their magic over and through you.
I use a selection of beautiful instruments; mainly my eight alchemy crystal bowls and my singing voice, in each unique journey. My intention is to hold you in a safe and sacred space, helping you to melt into a bubble of peace and to receive exactly what you need.
You may experience a number of different sensations, including: visions, emotional shifts, blockages releasing, answered questions, inspiration, a sense of deep connection with intuition, retrieval of memories, physically vibrating/tingling, deep relaxation. You may also experience none of these things, and just have the pleasure of lying still for a while being bathed in healing sounds and vibrations!
I love to describe sound healing as a form of meditation based in science, but sprinkled with magic... Sometimes the best explanation is in the experience.
