The Crystal Labyrinth is a Level 2 & Advanced Sound Healer training, and transformational embodiment journey. It is a year-long, high-frequency initiation; a sacred online container for sound healers who feel called to meet themselves at the next octave of their work and their becoming.

THE RETREAT 🌞
OUR CELEBRATION!
At the end of the summer (late August or early September), we’ll gather in person (UK or Spain, depending on numbers) - for a luminous Sound Sisters retreat that marks the culmination of our year together!
For 4-7 days, step into the lived magic of real sisterhood. We’ll weave between sound, ceremony, rest, and celebration. This is a time to integrate everything you have moved through, to be witnessed in who you have become, to laugh and cry with your fellow sisters, to feast on nourishing food, soak in the beauty of nature, and honour each woman’s journey with reverence and joy.
We come together not to learn more, but to celebrate, embody, and anchor our transformation. To stand side by side as sisters who have walked the labyrinth together… And emerged changed.
THE FLOW
Across the year, we will be working in four spirals, in alignment with the seasons and their elements. Each spiral will last around 12 weeks, weaving between deep personal healing & expansion, advanced sound teachings & practical transmissions, sharing circles & group mentorship, so that what you are becoming internally will be mirrored in how you play your bowls and hold space as a sound healer in the outside world.
Live calls will be every Wednesday evening at 7:30pm UK (all calls are recorded if you can’t make them live), with integration weeks dotted throughout each spiral to offer space for rest.
AUTUMN

SPIRAL 1 - ‘The Descent’
OPENING CEREMONY: Thursday 10th September, 7:30pm UK
SEASON / ELEMENT: Autumn / Water
FOCUS: Deep inner healing, womb/shadow work
WHY? This spiral guides you into the descent - into the waters of the womb and shadow - where unintegrated wounds are met and alchemised, allowing your sound, leadership, and life to flow from truth rather than unconscious patterning.

FOCUS: Embodied safety, re-rooting worthiness, belief re-patterning

MEET YOUR HOST
From touring in a girl band to finding deep peace in crystal frequencies, Holly’s journey has always been guided by the music in her soul. For almost a decade, she has been immersed in the world of sound healing; studying, practising, teaching and living this work as a devotional path.
Now a sound healer, mentor and founder of the global Sound Sisters Community, Holly has trained over 300 women across the world to become sound healers, and continues to teach at events, workshops, festivals and immersive trainings internationally. Her work is grounded not only in transmission and intuition, but in tens of thousands of pounds and countless hours invested in her own healing, education, embodiment and lived experience, allowing her to guide others with depth, integrity, and care.
Through her music, teachings, and initiatory containers, Holly supports women to reconnect with their light, reclaim their power, and remember who they are beneath the noise. Although naturally there will be some over-lap, you’ll meet the information differently, because you are a different person today from when you completed your Level II training. I have also learnt so much more that I can’t wait to share with you! You’ll also receive a different Level II Crystal Bowl Sound Healer certificate (showing that you have completed two level 2’s,) as well as an ‘Advanced Crystal Bowl Sound Healer’ certification.
