Hey beautiful soul, I’m Holly

From touring in a girl band to finding peace through yoga and sound, Holly’s journey has always been guided by the music in her soul. Now a sound healer and founder of the global Sound Sisters Community, she helps women reconnect with their light through sacred sound and embodied practice. Holly has trained around three hundred women in sound healing, and teaches at events, workshops and festivals worldwide. Her debut album Luminous Shadow and healing singles like Moment with the Sun reflect her mission: to lead the world gently back to love, peace, and inner power.

For the first part of our journey together, put your student hat on and get ready to learn about all things sound! Each week I’ll guide you through a new topic, in which you can expect easy-to-follow, exciting and engaging information, with a good mixture of theory and practical throughout.

This training is designed to fit your life. You can move through the course completely at your own pace, diving into the materials when it suits you best. While you have the freedom to progress on your schedule, the full program must be completed within 12 months from when you begin - giving you plenty of time to integrate what you learn while keeping your certification on track. Whether you want to take it slowly or immerse yourself in a shorter burst of learning, the self-paced option makes it possible.

For the next part of our journey together, we’ll be continuing our sound education together alongside a deeper dive into YOU. My favourite roadmap to healing, which I’ve experienced such profoundly powerful shifts with, is the chakra system. Chakras are our energetic and emotional centres which can become blocked if we don’t do the work to heal, cleanse and balance them, causing disharmony and eventually illness (or dis-ease) in the body. Sound is an extremely powerful tool to not only bring our chakras back into balance, but to shine a light on what is calling to be alchemised within us from fear, into love.

You will only be able to help / hold space for others to heal to the degree of healing work you’ve already done on yourself, which is why, as sound healers, we must be continuously working on ourselves.

~ where to purchase your crystal bowls ~

Clear quartz-only

Quartz-only bowls are the less expensive option, ranging from £300 to £800 per bowl. The reason they are less expensive than alchemy bowls (below) is because they are made of quartz only (no other crystals infused / no colour). High quality and powerful!

Alchemy Crystal Tones

These are the bowls I use and start at around £950 per bowl. They’re more expensive than quartz-only as they’re infused with precious gemstones and minerals, giving them colour and enhancing their healing qualities. The quality is unparalleled.
